Huzaifa Saeed joined Instar in 2025, where he is responsible for the management of portfolio companies and the analysis of investment opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and execution
Previously, Huzaifa completed two work terms with Instar as an analyst. During his studies, he conducted diligence on early-stage companies for a $100 million seed fund supporting technology startups in Toronto and Waterloo. He also represented Team Canada on the global stage with Enactus, an international nonprofit that empowers students to drive social impact through entrepreneurship.
Huzaifa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (High Distinction) with a specialization in Finance from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
