Instar s’associe à un producteur agricole en environnement contrôlé de premier plan
Instar Asset Management Inc. (« Instar ») a annoncé aujourd’hui qu’elle s’est associée à la direction pour investir dans Greenwood Mushrooms Development Corp. (« Greenwood » ou l’« Entreprise »), un producteur agricole de champignons à environnement contrôlé de premier plan, anciennement une entreprise en portefeuille de l’entreprise canadienne de capital-investissement Novacap.

PRT Growing Services établit un financement de prêts écologiques
PRT Growing Services Ltd (« PRT » ou l’« Entreprise »), le premier fournisseur de services de culture critique pour les semis forestiers cultivés en conteneurs en Amérique du Nord, et Instar Asset Management Inc. (« Instar »), une entreprise de gestion alternative indépendante axée sur les occasions d’investissement du marché intermédiaire principalement en Amérique du Nord, ont annoncé aujourd’hui la clôture de 90 millions de dollars en facilités de prêt écologique dirigées par la Banque Royale du Canada et la Banque HSBC Canada pour soutenir l’acquisition de l’Entreprise par Instar et sa croissance future.

Instar conclut la vente d’Okanagan Wind
Instar Asset Management (« Instar » ou « l’Entreprise »), a annoncé aujourd’hui la vente de sa participation à 100 % dans Okanagan Wind, deux installations d’énergie éolienne totalisant 30 mégawatts d’énergie renouvelable installée dans la région d’Okanagan en Colombie-Britannique, à Canadian Power Holdings (« Canadian Power »), une entreprise basée en Alberta dotée d’une vaste expérience en gestion de la production d’énergie au Canada. Les conditions financières n’ont pas été divulguées.
