Morgan Scalena joined Instar in 2022, where she supports the development and maintenance of creative content, communications best practices, digital campaigns and marketing materials for a diverse audience of stakeholders across North America.
Morgan was previously a Communications and Resource Development Coordinator at a local non-profit organization, where she developed and led communications strategies, creating compelling content to increase stakeholder engagement. She also devised fundraising initiatives, identified partnership opportunities and composed grant proposal materials to drive business growth and generate revenue.
Morgan holds a Master of Arts (Honours) in Communication and New Media from McMaster University and a Public Relations Postgraduate Certificate from Humber College.
